Our central location gives you the perfect starting point for most walks. Close to the Place de la Bastille, we’re just 2 minutes from the quays of the Seine. You’ll be able to take our buses to the Musée d’Orsay, the Place de la Concorde, the Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries.

Route 1: The main monuments and museums from the quays of the Seine

This itinerary will take you to the capital’s most famous monuments, all at the rhythm of your pedal strokes.

Let’s begin our exploration of the treasures of Paris:

  • Notre-Dame de Paris: Begin your journey near the iconic cathedral, majestically situated on Île de la Cité. Admire its façade, currently under reconstruction, a testament to its history and resilience.
  • 🧺Louvre Museum and Tuileries Garden: Cycle along the banks of the Seine to the former royal palace, now one of the world’s largest museums. Just after, cross the elegant Tuileries Garden, a French-style garden perfect for a break between cultural visits.

Route 2: Follow the Ourcq Canal – starting at the foot of our shop

This itinerary will take you on a journey of discovery through eastern Paris, from its bustling canals to its modern green spaces and cultural attractions.

  • 🧺Bois de Vincennes: Start your walk in this green lung of eastern Paris. With its wide tree-lined paths, lakes, and castle, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful stroll and outdoor games.
  • Palais de la Porte Dorée: Cycle to this magnificent Art Deco building, which now houses the National Museum of the History of Immigration and the Tropical Aquarium. Its architecture and bas-reliefs are remarkable.

Route 4: Paris with a difference

📌Access: start of the route 8 minutes from the store via Bastille to Place de la Nation

This route will take you on a journey of discovery through iconic neighborhoods and unusual places, all at your own pace.

Let’s start our exploration of eastern Paris and gradually work our way westward:

  • Place de la Nation: This historic square, marked by the French Revolution, is a majestic starting point with its famous sculpture of the Triumph of the Republic.
  • Père-Lachaise Cemetery and its wooded park: Walk along the walls of this iconic site, a veritable open-air museum where many celebrities are laid to rest. The surrounding neighborhood is very green and pleasant to cycle through.
  • Belleville: Immerse yourself in the popular and artistic atmosphere of Belleville, a vibrant neighborhood known for its colorful graffiti, trendy cafés, and breathtaking views of Paris from its park.
  • La Chapelle: Explore this vibrant, multicultural neighborhood where tradition and modernity coexist.
  • Halle Pajol: Take a break in front of this former warehouse, which has been converted into a modern, eco-friendly space housing a youth hostel, a library, and shops.
